This Privacy Policy describes how Shradha Nirman Private Limited ("SNPL", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the SNPL Site Operations mobile application ("the App"). The App is intended solely for use by authorised SNPL employees and site staff.
1. Who uses this app
The App is a private, internal tool used exclusively by SNPL employees — specifically Site In-Charges, Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, or any other authorised personnel assigned to active construction projects.
2. Information we collect
Location Data: The App requests access to your device's location only when you are actively using features that require it, such as capturing photos or videos. Location is not tracked in the background or when the App is not in use.
Photos and Videos: The App allows you to upload photos and videos related to site activities and expenses. These files are captured or selected by you and uploaded directly to SNPL's private server.
Microphone and Audio: The App requests access to your device's microphone only when you actively choose to record a video within the App. Audio is captured solely as part of the video recording and is not recorded independently or in the background. Microphone access is not used for any other purpose.
Account Information: Your mobile number and a secure password are used to log in to the App. Passwords are stored securely and SNPL management do not have access to your password. If you forget your password, contact your system administrator who will reset it to a temporary password. You will be required to change this temporary password upon your next login.
Site Activity Data: Information you enter into the App — including attendance records, manpower logs, inventory entries, expense records, and DPR entries — is stored on SNPL's private server for internal project management purposes.
3. How we use your information
All data collected through the App is used solely for internal construction project management purposes at SNPL. This includes tracking site progress, managing manpower attendance, monitoring expenses and inventory, and maintaining project records.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties. Project-related reports such as Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) may be shared with the relevant project client on a need-to-know basis. No personal staff information is included in such reports.
5. Data storage and security
All data is stored on a private, dedicated server. Access to this server is restricted and secured. We do not use any third-party cloud storage or analytics services within the App.
6. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as it is required for active project management and internal record-keeping. Staff accounts are deactivated when no longer required.
7. Your rights
As an authorised App user, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email address below. Requests will be handled by the system administrator.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
